The AirAdvice program is built around a multi-sensor monitor that measures comfort and energy performance in a building.

    * Monitors (usually 3 to 5) are placed in a building for up to a week to collect environmental data, independent of the building control system.

    * Through a built-in modem, data is transmitted to the AirAdvice server.

    * AirAdvice is a web-based system.  No software to load.  Laptops are not required at the job site.  The contractor logs into our website where they can access the data as charts and graphs, and automatically generate a report on the comfort and energy performance of the building tested.

    * A contractor will usually invest less than 2 hours in the entire process to create a comprehensive 50 +  page report for their customer, showing the  potential energy, comfort and IAQ issues in the building, and what can be done to fix them.

    * Tests the most common IAQ factors: temperature, humidity, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, VOCs and particulates.  Uses outdoor weather database and recorded temperature and CO2 readings to determine if building is operating at optimal energy saving levels.

The AirAdvice HVAC-IAQ program features custom-designed training and follow-up coaching for busy HVAC and IAQ professionals on:

- Understanding IAQ market growth.
- Identifying IAQ problems, diagnosis, and solutions.
- Using the AirAdvice monitors
- Using IAQ data reports online and offline

How it works:

Once a day, it transmits IAQ data from the home over the phone lines late at night via a toll free number. In locations where a phone line is unavailable or difficult to reach, the monitor has enough memory to store up to 14 days worth of data. Your technicians and comfort advisors will find that it's trouble-free and simple to explain to the customer.

 The AirAdvice IAQ monitor is quiet, durable, and safe to use in any setting. It requires no new wiring or computer network connection. It provides personalized Building Performance Assessment reports to support your recommendations for additional service, or controls and system upgrades.

Once the test is completed, you can log on to the AirAdvice website and print out customers' personalized Building Performance report, generated from the data the monitor (s) collected. The reports are easy to read and explain to customers, so you can confidently make recommendations based on real energy and IAQ measurements.
