Friendly and accomodating staff, but the unit is plagued with problems. It
feels like it needs to go back to beta testing stage. First its response time
is much slower than advertised. Therefore it is probably more suited to
long-term datalogging than walkthrough spot checking. Temperature
probe alone can take 10 minutes to equilibrate. The PID sensor is a mess,
it drifts and reacts unpredicatably with humidity. The CO2 sensor often
sticks at 1 ppm without explanation. Menu navigation and calibration is
fairly simple, but we are sending multiple units back every couple of
months for fixes. If the price is too good to be true, there's usually a
reason.
