I purchased this machine to do mold remediation in the kithcen of a
residence about 4-5 years ago.
It is very easy to use. I was surprised that it (it's on the small size as far
as air machines go) could maintain a negative pressure in the whole
kithcen even with the subfloor removed.
I think the single most important thing about this type of equipemt is its
ability to capture small particles. Because often they are used in re-
circulation mode to "scrub" the air. I have a laser particle counter. When I
read the exhaust it measured 0 particles at .5 microns. It continued to do
this even with heavy use. I have tested other PAS units of contractors I do
clearance testing for and thier PASes indicated 0 particles. so I trust the
brand.
