I use this unit regularly and appreciate its function with one exception: It is not practical enough to use as a thermo-hygrometer unless the environments tested stay within the unit’s limited perimeters. For some one testing dehumidifier output this device would not be sufficient in and of itself; neither would it suffice in freezing temperatures. GE stands behind this product and has taken very good care of us and our purchase of this product.
